The image above is a sweet cobble of Pierson chert I found on a local rock run.  The cobble was sawn and a point made from one of the slabs.  That point was laid in position of the grain of the original slabs and then photo composited with the original cobble to make this fun past, present and future arrangement. Kinda fun....
